Fascial Stretch Services

I am a mobile practitioner providing in-home services by appointment only. I work with clients in University Park, College Park, Hyattsville, and Riverdale, Maryland.

I travel to my clients with a portable table. Sessions require enough space to set up and move around the table, ideally in a room where a calm, quiet environment can be maintained.

    ALL NEW CLIENTS are required to book a one-time, 90-Minute New Client Session for their initial appointment. During this session, we will complete a thorough intake and assessment so that your unique needs and goals can be met. You will be introduced to fascial stretch and given recommendations for continued care.

  • $75.00

    Hour long sessions are ideal for clients who want to address specific issues.

  • $110.00

    These longer sessions have a full-body focus and are perfect for clients who are:

    • Experiencing widespread restriction and discomfort (upper and lower body)

    • Looking to relax their mind and body as we address systemic tension

  • The benefits of fascial stretch compound over time. Participating in multiple sessions will allow you to experience the breadth of what FST can do for you!

    Save $10/session when you commit to 4 or more sessions.

    4 x 60-Minute : $260.00

    4 x 90-Minute : $400.00

    Mix & Match : Your choice of 4 or more 60- and 90-minute sessions. 60-minute sessions @ $65.00, 90-minute sessions @ $100.00.
